Tim Randall

  • PROJECT ARCHITECT ·
Originally from Hobart and now based along the Birrarung in Melbourne, Tim is a registered architect with more than eight years of industry experience, delivering projects from inception through to completion. He sees architecture not as an object or aesthetic pursuit, but as a formation of people - a vessel that reflects shared aspirations and supports communities to thrive. Tim’s work is grounded in empathy and collaboration. With extensive experience designing for people with disabilities, he brings that same sensitivity and insight to projects of all types and scales. His registered architect status reflects not only his technical capability but also his commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality outcomes. He approaches each project by first listening - seeking to understand the needs and values of those involved - before shaping a design response that unites them. He is passionate about architecture’s ability to positively influence lives and enjoys the tangible, hands-on nature of practice. Beyond the studio, Tim is a curious and engaged individual who finds inspiration in teaching, politics, community networks, live music, travel, and cycling.

Damian Camilleri

  • GRADUATE OF ARCHITECTURE ·
Driven by a commitment to sustainability and thoughtful design, Damian approaches architecture as both a creative and responsible pursuit. His work explores how materials, systems, and construction processes can align with natural carbon cycles and circular economies - creating enduring connections between people, buildings, and the planet. With over five years of post-graduate experience and a decade in the profession, Damian has developed strong technical foundations in construction documentation, BIM, and building code interpretation. He is deeply engaged with the craft of architecture, striving to do the simple things extraordinarily well - an ethos that underpins his approach to every project. Damian’s curiosity extends beyond the technical; he’s fascinated by how architecture shapes social connection and community well-being. He believes buildings should give back - acting as spaces for engagement, resilience, and renewal. Damian values the potential of design to embrace imperfection and promote sustainability through reuse and reinvention.
