Clota Ave. Box Hill SDA
Disability Accommodation

Box Hill
Project Description
Located in leafy Box Hill, this project began with an existing 1990s “legacy” home that was no longer meeting the needs of its long-term residents. The layout was outdated, the spaces lacked functionality and the home no longer provided the level of accessibility, comfort and independence the occupants required.
Our brief was design a new for-purpose Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) – High Physical Support concept, tailored specifically for the current residents. The goal was simple: create a modern, welcoming and future-focused home that supports meaningful daily living, enhances quality of life and allows residents to feel at home for many years to come.
