TFC Podiatry Clinics – Yarraville & Seabrook

As part of TFC Podiatry’s ongoing growth, we’ve been working with their team to deliver two new allied health fitouts – new clinics in Seabrook and Yarraville.

Each site came with its own quirks: the Seabrook premises began life as a residential home, while the Yarraville site was a former real estate office – both with tight car parking conditions to navigate.

Our involvement covered planning approvals for change of use, along with the full design and documentation needed to secure building permits for the new interior fitouts. The result – two welcoming, efficient clinics designed to support both practitioners and patients alike.
