Cost-Effective, Streamlined Process:
For a more cost-effective option, we design a customised home ‘partial design’ package that can be handed over to a trusted builder to complete the construction package and building permit. This approach maintains a clear design vision, provides budget certainty, and helps get your project to site faster.

3. Floor Plan Design Review
WHAT YOU GET;
Optimizing Your Existing Plans:
You already have floor plans for your proposed home or renovation but aren’t completely satisfied with them. De.arch offers a design review service by one of our experienced residential architects with practical suggestions to optimize and improve your design without the need to start over.
Renovation and Extension Guidance:
If you’re ready to move forward with that renovation or extension you’ve been considering but aren’t sure where to start, we can help. If you have an existing floor plan (real estate listings / brochure or old construction drawings), de.arch will provide you with fresh ideas and guide you on what’s possible to suit your vision, space and budget.

Want to refresh the interior of your home without committing to a complete renovation? Your existing layout is good overall but it is feeling tired and outdated. We get it, and de.arch can help update your space with consideration and care, preventing any inconsistencies that could affect your home’s value.
