Our belief is that every project offers the opportunity to inspire, educate and excite our clients.
Whether it be a new home, renovation or internal refurbishment. This requires our highest attention at every stage but most importantly listening to and understanding the nuances of how our clients live and work. Most importantly, we love what we do!
To be able to change and improve the way a person lives or works in a space is very rewarding. We’re just as excited to see a project progress as you are, from initial butter paper hand sketches to 3D rendered images, to technical drawings to the final built form.

Peita De Trizio
- DIRECTOR | ARCHITECT ·
Peita is the founding director and principal architect at de.arch, with extensive knowledge in all forms of residential architecture from single to multi-residential projects as well as commercial fitout and health care projects, Peita brings expertise, insight and a unique perspective to each and every project. She looks to impart the value of architecture in others, encouraging a positive change in people’s lives through the design lens. Peita is passionate about educating her clients in the life cycle of a building project, which has been further strengthened by collaborations with consulting practices such as 'My Architect' - bringing the client and architect together in an often unknown environment to navigate.
Jessica Pile
- DIRECTOR | ARCHITECT ·
As the studio's co-director, Jessica brings comprehensive architectural design and project delivery experience ranging from one off bespoke residential and low rise multi-residential to large scale commercial and retail developments, through to community, educational and recreational facilities. Her diverse background has given Jessica an appreciation of the high value that architecture can bring to a project regardless of scale, when the pragmatic requirements of a brief merge seamlessly with the experiential or ephemeral qualities of a space, resulting in spaces that inspire, energise and nurture. Jessica is currently an APE Examiner for the Architects Board of Victoria.
Jasper Leong

Jasper is a firm believer that good design should be accessible for everyone. He particularly enjoys finding opportunities where functional spaces also allow for moments of contemplation and leisure. Jasper is an experienced and diligent architect who has documented and administered a variety of residential, multi-residential and community projects. Jasper is passionate about interior design and the quality of the interior environment and experienced in specifying appropriate and robust materials and finishes that results in a comprehensive design experience and best outcome for our clients.
Naomi Najdoski

Having worked in commercial, domestic and educational construction industries, Naomi has gained a wide variety of skills both practical and personable. Naomi is comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life, helping them to navigate the complications of construction. Naomi has a strong background working with clients and builders ensuring a smooth and timely process for all involved. Naomi has a collaborative background and brings an open mind to the team, and a willingness to work alongside other professionals in the industry as well as specialists.
Joshua Cousins

James Rumanovsky
