Project Description
When de.arch were appointed as the architect and interiors team for this project, we were thrilled as it combined two of our favourite types of projects; sensitive heritage restoration coupled with a new modest extension and a contemporary interiors style that would seamlessly connect the two. Care was taken to highlight the beautiful features of the original home whilst completely transforming the interior spaces to become bright, spacious and welcoming. A key design consideration was for better visual and physical connection to the garden – this was achieved through a new raised outdoor entertaining space, designed to be used throughout the year!
