Project Description
Located on the former site of John Wren’s Richmond Racecourse and within Richmond’s first public housing estate, this modest red brick home has been thoughtfully reimagined for contemporary family living. Stage 1 delivered a light-filled extension and complete modernisation of the existing home, balancing respect for its history with the needs of today. Designed with longevity in mind, the project includes a masterplan for a future Stage 2 addition, allowing the home to adapt and grow alongside the family for years to come.
